Admission & Registration
Anderson Aviation community is made up of students with diverse backgrounds and varied interests. Some are interested in flying as a hobby while others are looking to make aviation a full time career. Whichever is your goal, we ensure that you obtain the best skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the aviation industry.
Admission Requirements
Listed below are procedures and requirements that Anderson Aviation has established for general admission.
All applicants must complete an Enrollment Agreement and a Student
Account Record. Students must sign and submit all require forms along with
tuition fees before the first day of class.
- All applicants must complete financial arrangements prior to starting
class. If applicable, all financial aid applications must be completed.
- All applicants must obtain a FAA medical certificate prior to the
first day of class. A copy will be made and placed in the Student Account
Record. This only applies to any program above Private Pilot license.
Students
planning to enroll in the Private Pilot Course will be required to obtain a
Student medical certificate anytime prior to flight training. (See Page 18
for list of Medical Examiners).
- To comply with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA)
requirements; Anderson Aviation requires that any student/renter or any
international student/renter provide proof of citizenship prior to receive
flight training. Proper citizenship documents include:
- Original or government-issued certificated birth certificate
(US) from the US, for American Samoa, or Swains Island,
plus a photo ID; or
- Current, valid (not expired) US Passport (contains photo); or
- Original US Nationalization Certificate w/ raised seal, plus a
photo ID; or
- Original US Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) or
Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS) form
N-550 (or N-570, Certificate of Naturalization), plus a photo ID; or
- Original certification of birth abroad w/raised seal or US
Department of State Form FS-545 (or Form
DS-1350), plus a photo ID; or
- Original certificate of US citizenship w/raised seal, USCIS or
INS Form N-560 (or Form N-561 or Form N-581,
with photo ID; or
- DOD or Federal Agency written certification attesting to the
Federal employee's US citizenship or nationality, plus their government-issued photo ID.

- Anderson Aviation Inc. is authorized under the federal law to enroll
non-immigrant students. International students who which to obtain their
flight training through Anderson Aviation must complete the admission
process for international students. This process may take up to six months
if student fails to provide and complete all required information. Once
application has been processed by the Immigration Service, Anderson Aviation
will provide the student with the paperwork to be presented at the Embassy
to obtain the student visa.
- Students must be able to speak, write and read English. When
applicable, students must attach a copy of the TOEFL score report.
